Salisbury Literary Festival

Salisbury Literary Festival was launched in October 2017, born from the growth and development of Salisbury Writing Circle.

The festival aims to strongly support local content and celebrates writing in Salisbury (of which Salisbury has a great tradition, both past and present).  The festival is also predominantly fiction led, steering away from non-fiction memoirs and celebrity-led books. Though the festival is a wonderful event for readers, another of its aims is to support writers and to contain practical elements to do so. Mainly, however, this festival is a celebration of fiction, in its many and varied forms!
